What is your delivery time?
We usually ship your order within 1 business day. DHL delivers to you the next day. In busy periods such as Christmas and Sinterklaas it may take a little longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship orders above € 50 for free. For an order under € 50, € 6 will be added as a contribution to the shipping costs.
Do you also ship outside the Netherlands
Yes, we ship our toys all over the world. Do you have a question about the costs for a specific country? Please send an email with this form

How can I pay?
As soon as you want to pay for your shopping cart, you can opt for a quick checkout via ShopPay, Paypal or GooglePay.
If you do not have this payment method, there is also an option to choose Ideal or Credit Card later in the processing of the order.
This will become visible to you after you have entered the shipping details and click on "Continue sending" and, if necessary, indicate the shipping options. You will then automatically arrive at the payment page where you can choose the payment method yourself.
How can I cancel my order?
Send us an email with this form as soon as possible. As long as we have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel free of charge.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Can I also pick up an order?
Yes you can. You can indicate on the checkout page that you want to pick up your order. We ensure that your order is ready the next day in Soest.

Do you provide warranty?
Our wooden houses and additions are very strong! The toys are made for children, who are sometimes not very careful.
If something breaks, or if a wooden part is lost, do not panic, but send an email with this form .
We will then ensure that the house can be played with again quickly.

Can I come by for a tour?
In our toy factory people work hard with a lot of noise. It is therefore not possible to spontaneously come by for a tour. But we organize an open day twice a year, where we open our factory to interested parties. Usually around April and November, keep an eye on our social media for a new open day @lovelties.
But do you have a good story? Then we are happy to make an exception, after all we are very proud of our factory. Send an email to info@lovelties.com.
What kind of wood do you use?
Most of the wood we use is plywood. It is FSC certified so that everyone can see that the wood comes from sustainably managed forests.
Usually we use a thickness of 9mm in the highest quality
