We ship all orders within Europe with DHL.

Postage costs

The shipping costs to the countries below are € 6 per order. We ship orders with a value of more than € 50 completely free of charge to these countries: The Netherlands Belgium Germany France.

Send

As soon as we have registered your package with DHL, we will automatically send you an email with the tracking number. Within the Netherlands, DHL will deliver to you the next working day. Outside the Netherlands this may take a little longer. You will be kept informed of the status of your delivery via email. If the DHL delivery person does not find you at home, your package will be delivered to a DHL collection point. You will also receive a message about this by email. You then have a week to collect your package here. So make sure you enter a correct email address with your order.

We will only use this to contact you about your order. For all other countries, the shipping costs are from € 15 per order. NB! For orders outside the EU, the shipping costs are higher. We ship packages outside the EU with UPS for fast delivery.

To retrieve

You can also pick up your order at our factory in Soest. You can specify this at check-out. Please contact us after ordering to arrange a pick-up time.
